From Modesto,take highway 99 exit at 8 mile rd exit in Stockton,Royce farms is right behind gas station on the right side of the highway.Sunday Oct 12 from 9am to 3 pm 15.00 entry fee,great BBQ too!

Yo yo yo yo,

I'm getting together a bunch of stuff to mail to the MLVW Club. Can you let me know what classes will be offered, what awards you will be giving, and how many placings in each class? That way, I can avoid the questions later. I know people are going to ask and this would save me a lot if I can get the info out there right away.

Fifteen dollars is actually very reasonable. There are a lot of costs that are associated with a show like liability insurance, a deejay, and upfront costs when you have awards, printing costs for fliers, and t-shirts for sale. It all adds up and that doesn't even take into account that everyone who helps with the show is donating their time for free. Could you imagine the cost if they all got paid??? They're doing it for the love. :D :D :D

I'm not trying to piss off EVERYONE on here, but 15 bucks for this show IS too much money, I went last year and it was o.k, hell the Classic is 15 bucks, the Deustch Stahl show was 10 but the money went to charity, I can understand liablity, and trophys, but still don't think that ads to 15 a person.

Last year was just show N shine, Ray from Volksauthority told me there is a show at his shop this weekend too, if I get the new Notchback I may bring it down, otherwise I'll be at home workin on the bucket, since I no longer have the Singlecab

The VA "show" is put on by the Better Late than Never Club. All I have are early parts so I may or may not go.

Just cause it's put on by the club doesn't mean that early parts or cars won't go, hell how many shows have you gone to where the owner has a bus, or split. I have to go to the 4 wheel drive store to get my VW parts...I'm sure if it's at VA it'll be a cool show.
