Any updates on being left stranded? Their website is still up and I am thinking of throwing the dice on some sea grass mats for my oval. They really are the best but don’t want to be left hanging. |

Hello to all interested in bamboomwagens. this is Jon the son of the passed owner. it has come to my attention some people are not satisfied or waiting on orders please contact me via email [email protected] or by phone 702-689-7212. i have been very limited in what i can do for orders prior to feb 2023. recently gained access to the website and have the payment portal set back up. if you have an order pending and can show proof that you did not receive a refund i can fill orders with proof of order and no refund taken. im not sure where i can post to let people know this info please share this if you know someone waiting. |

hello everyone, it has come to my concern that some people have claimed I am a scammer, or a thief. I have not stolen anyone's money and I am not scamming anyone. if you placed an order prior to feb 23, 2023 when I entered the business to figure things out, I had no idea what his log in info was for the business web page or his accounts. I'm still currently working on getting control of the media pages as well as the order forms from 2022. I know there were refunds issued. I paid 12k to paypal to cover those refunds. I am working hard to keep my father's business. I am still not able to except his passing. i have been separated from my kids and family since we had to sell my father's condo for probate which we lived in and move them out of state. please be understanding and considerate to my family. please refrain from calling my wife. thank you very much and I hope I can fulfill your concerns and orders. please reach out if interested in ordering or waiting on an order. |

Jon - Best of luck getting the business back on its feet. The good news is that if you can maintain the quality of your product then and you clearly care, you are going to do really well. Whenever I take my bus to a car show or even just around town I always get tons of requests for info and compliments on my bamboo headliner.
Sorry to hear about your dad and hope that everything works out for the family and business. |

@redmanstals I have been emailing you for over a year. I’ve sent text messages and called the office and even attempted to call you directly with no success. At this point I feel that I am out of my $900 order of which consisted of a late bay headliner and thing mats. I have sent over proof of the order placed with your father. Why can you just get me what I paid for? It’s been over a year. |

Sadly, the reality here is that there is a communication issue with the vendor. I have a recent order that has passed the 6 weeks ETA. Unfortunately, due to the lack of response, I had to file a claim with Paypal. Hopefully I'll be able to provide a better update that I got what I ordered and that they just have email and phone call return response issues.
To the vendor - It's unreasonable to expect folks to pay a lot of money in full for a custom product, only to not provide any responses or updates to those customers that put their trust and faith in you. I dig the challenges with the legacy older orders, but for the new stuff, you've got to own that. Be as prompt and responsive as you are when fielding sales calls and you'll do alright.

My order is now 16 Months old and still no response from @redmanstals, Jon Walsh with Bamboom Wagens. How is it that @gondwiwindi is claiming that they received a refund. Something isnt right here. I have made many attempts to reach out with no success and have been extremely patient considering their circumstance. Proof of purchase was given over and over and still no reaction what so ever. Im sure there are many more unfortunate people like me with no product. Please folks, continue to be aware! |

If you paid via PayPal, credit card or other legit methods (as I did) if vendors screw someone over then the payment company steps in and addresses the issue. Not sure how many times they are cool with getting complaints before they stop allowing the vendor to use their method as a form of payment. Without PayPal’s help I am out whatever I paid.
Hopefully it’s not too late for you to do the same. Best of luck. |

I ordered a headliner, floor mats and seat stand mats back in February, still says the order is processing on their website. I have reached out via email (getting bounced back) and via phone (shop numbers out of service) I called him on his phone and left voicemails. No one has responded at all. I have given them grace and the benefit of the doubt, but no correspondence or return calls is just plain unprofessional! I have filed a dispute with Venmo and my bank to reverse the charges. I would hope that they could at least reach out to folks and let them know whats going on. I am a patient person, but nothing grinds my gear more that getting ghosted! Grow a set and be responsible for your actions and those of your business! |

Jon at Bamboom wagens is obviously screwing alot of people over, how can people do this to people that give them their hard earned money, I purchased a headliner about 6 months ago and Jon was giving me every excuse in the books why it was taking so long and now he won't even respond to me, come on Jon you took my 1000 dollars so how about you just give me my money back, I am so disappointed because I've seen the headliners that came from these guys and it was very nice but now I'm pretty sure I've been scammed by Bamboom wagens. Please people if you are a lucky one and read all of this before placing an order, do not do it I repeat do not do it, they will take your money and send you nothing! |

Recently I was on here and talked with another that was having trouble reaching anyone about orders paid in advance. Fortunately my credit card company refunded my money and is trying to reach BamBoomWagens. All my repeated attempts failed to reach anyone. I feel very fortunate that Capital One took care of me. Otherwise i feel I would have lost my money. I had been looking for a physical address to be able to visit the shop.
At this point in time I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with this company. A word to the wise is sufficient! |

I encourage all to share your store on every VW social media app as possible. I have done the same and I do know for a fact that I was able to deter others from the loss that I have. Please, if you been burned, and I’m sure you have, share, share, share your story everywhere. There are new victims still. With your help we can help our VW community.
