| i have a 52 split beetle the motor on it is oval,is the mech the same or are they different.thanks. |

| If your 52's a deluxe zwitter, the motor is the same as an oval window. If not (pre-Oct '52), the motor housing should be much smaller, as it lacks the self parking feature. I'm not sure if the standard zwitters shipped to the U.S. and Canada came with self-parking wipers. |
