Does anyone have any leads to where I can get some cage nuts for some engine tin (the one's that go one the side of the top cylinder tin and take the tin screws...)

I'm not sure they call them that though, but have seen them there. There are some used on my hot tub spa. I can't be positive about Ace Hardware. |

Lots of well stocked hardware stores, including Ace, sell M6 cage nuts. Look in the fastener section where the parts are in stacks of drawers.
Good luck, Mondshine |

M6 x 1
Try to buy them locally; you might be surprised. If you like, bring one of your tin screws with you.
There's a guy on this forum that has photo of a cage nut as his avatar. Maybe we're all caged nuts to some degree. |

You guys are all so helpful. Thanks! I have been a "caged nut" for years. Thanks! Fastenal in the AM! |
