Lowering the front a bit. Want to make sure that I am twisting on the right bolts. Here are pictures.

 Yep those really suck...

Look like this??

Red arrow adjuster bolt, Blue arrow "Grub" torsion centering bolt.

Jack up the front of the car,
Loosen both locks nuts while holding the center bolts,
crank down (out, lefty loosey) bolt indicated by red arrow,
Adjust both beams equally,
lower car to allow torsions to settle,
jounce the car,
snug lock nuts with vehicle lowered so torsions wont move when raised in the next step
raise and tighten lock nuts, but before tightening blue arrow lock nut, be sure center "grub" bolt is snug,
Lower car, roll it back and forth, or drive it back and forth and check height,
readjust as required, or if its good, have the alignment checked.
