| I recently purchased a 71 squareback and the front clip is a bit smashed. A local place has a front clip from an early square and I was wondering if there was any reason that it wouldn't work....? |

I am parting out/cutting up 7 early/late squarebacks and I can ensure you that they are Different! :!: You could probably find some good photos of the differences in my Photobucket? :?:

| A '72 is the same as a '71. Use a cheap Lazer Level to project the cutting line while you do the sawzall/grinder cutting. |
