Heading out to ocotillo this weekend! Weather channel says rain? I know the weather channel is always hit or miss, especially when it comes to the desert. So who is out there now? What's it like? Any input would be awesome, hoping we don't have to put the trip off, but with family in tow, would cancel if it is coming down

| I'm in Indio (not too far away). We have light rain this morning. The news this morning wasn't expecting the rain until tomorrow. Maybe it will be gone by this weekend. |

| It's raining right now. News is saying no rain tomorrow. Also, a lot of rain for us is 1/2", so it's really not a lot. |
