Great Volkswagen Show on the beautiful grounds of Mount Hope Estate Winery – Home of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. Get the parts that you need for the show season. Great Vendor and Show Field turn out.

Gates open for Vendors at 7 am and Show Cars and Spectators at 8 am.
$20 for Vendors
$5 for Show Cars
$1 for Spectators

Awards at 2:30-3 pm

New show class for 2013:
Our show is ever growing and we try to improve it each year.
New for this year is a [GERMAN HERITAGE] show class. For vintage Mercedes and BMWs or even a Horsche if you can find one.

Pre-Show VW Cruise: 5663 W Circle Dr Cicero, NY 13039 (315) 214-0130
Saturday night 5-9pm VW cruise-in at MOE’s in Cicero. Bring your VWs out and enjoy the evening and some great food.
Only a few miles from our show location.

Commemorative VW Shirts: very limited quantities
Our Artist and a founding member Kevin came thru again with some great custom VW artwork for our commemorative show shirts.
They are available pre-sale for $10ea (+$2 2XL&3XL) they’re $12ea day of show
you can send a check or paypal with the size & color information to [email protected] See attached PDF

Overnight VW Camping:
Yes again this year we will have FREE VW camping in the pavilion adjacent to the VW show field.
Setup starts at 3pm. Family friendly and fun
There are Flush bathrooms and a community fire for S’mores.

Parts for Swap:
Also while we have plenty of space for our swap sellers.
We do encourage show participants to bring parts to sell near their Vehicles.
Just try to keep it neat and concise, have an extra set of rims, or some unused carbs or engine bits, no problem.
If you have more than a small amount you want to sell, then (10x20) Swap spaces are $10 pre-register $15 day of event.

Show Sponsorship:
Lastly it’s not too late for those of our members or participants with a small business to help us help you spread the word, or maybe you know a friend or family member who may benefit with spreading the word for a small investment.
For just a $40 donation (In cash or goods) to sponsor a show car class.
Sponsorship entitles you to provide us inserts/flyers/business cards to stuff into the hand out bags (~150 by Aug9th)
Also we’ll place your business logo & Name on our event sponsors sheet, and on the class stations. As well as semi regular announcements by our show DJ Marty Santy and during the handing out of awards. Contact Michelle [email protected]

VW show Pre-registration: Save time and money by letting us know you’re coming.
You can send pre-registrations in via uptill the 9th of August either by USPS with a check or Paypal to [email protected]
Your paperwork and dash plaque will be waiting for you at the vehicle gate. Then you just have to pull in and park.

Non-Judged: Display only
even though we make unique VW awards each year, if you're not coming to compete but to just hang out on the lawn with fellow VWs and enjoy the day. save yourself some $$ and us soem time and register Display only for $5.
that's a $5 savings from the Judged price of $10 (like getting a free gallon and half of gas on us)

I'm not sure who is camping friday night, we don't have the free event camping till saturday night.
but there is a municipal ($fee) campground at the oneida shores park you can book for just Friday night.

On Saturday you can find the VW's camping by following signs (ask directions) to the McKinley Ridge West pavilion, it's further down the road by 1km from the main park entrance.
