To the original poster: You really should consider a buggy/Manxter that someone started and didn't finish. You get a great deal on a lot of parts and still get a lot of garage time as a family. Building a car, even one as simple as a buggy takes a LOT of time and effort. And the further you go along in the build, the slower it goes because the little details take forever. I explain it this way; The first 90% of the work takes 50% of the time and the last 10% takes the other 50% of the time. Find a buggy that's largely started and buy that. You'll be SHOCKED how long it takes you to finish even that.
