Dont just check there. It is not unique or special to the 914. Any stock D-jet pump from a VW type 3, type 4 or from any of the Mercedes or Renault's that used the D-jet system ...use the same Bosch pumps.
Also...unless you are just aching to spend money or want the original pump for posterity sake...there are a great many aftermarket and even Bosch pumps that will bolt right up with little effort and work perfectly and cost a fraction.
