:shock: All “Air-Cooled” Car Show to be Held at Hebert’s Candy Mansion, Saturday August 3rd, 2013 :D
SHREWSBURY, MA - Local car clubs, “The Bug Club” and “Bay State Corvairs” present the 14th annual VolksVair Fair at Herbert's Candy Mansion, 575 Hartford Turnpike (Rt. 20) Shrewsbury, MA.
For 14 years in a row, the VVF has been held in central MA at Herbert's Candies, a local Mecca for car shows and we are proud that once again, this will be our home for the 14th annual VolksVair Fair.
This great venue provides easy access to major highways and more than 100 vintage Volkswagens and 50 Corviar’s of every variety built during the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. Dash plaques presented to the 1st 100 show cars and awards presented to 19 combined car classes plus special awards.
Show Hours are 9am -2pm and in addition to viewing these unique classis cars, the event feature on-site refreshments, hot dogs, hamburgers, ice cream, music by Jim the DJ, 50/50 raffle and swap meet area available to all on site. Admission is FREE to all spectators and there is a $15.00 show car or $20.00 Vendor registration fees. Show car registration starts at 7:30am.

Not to be an obus, but...
I'll be traveling to the Louisville, KY area this weekend to see family. Hope it's a good show and be sure to get your vintage parts from Henry Mueller, he's ready to throw stuff away, or so I heard. |

We had a great time yesterday... Thanks to The Bug Club for an awesome show.... I think the weather scared some and it was not as large as last year but a very nice showing.... and I'm happy to say that I got my very first trophy.... 3rd place dune buggy.... I can't get the smile off my face and it's already hanging up :)
