Hey TheSamba.
1st would like to say HI :)
2nd i am here to ask for some ideas on my volks chassis.
So i have a 1966 volks chassis (i know by the vin number) when i got it the chassis was being used for a bardly gt body in witch i was not a fan of so i sold it. I have been surfing The Samba and google for months trying to find a idea to do with this chassis however i have not found anything i have really liked yet. So i am here to ask you all for some ideas of what i could do with this chassis to make a great and fun ride.
The ideas i have had before where to make a sand rail out of it witch would be great for where i work seeing as i go down pivot roads all day.
The other idea i have had was to get a body and rebuild the car but i have not been able to get my self to just find anybody from any year i can get my hands on and just build the bug. (basicly i want the years of the pans and body to match).
The other idea was sell the spine and use the front and back to make a Formula Vee car but i do not have anywhere i could take it out and have fun with it so it would be a waste.
So please anyone with a idea for either a sweet kit car body or maybe even a awesome place for me to get some ideas/blueprints for a sandrail from please shot me a post here.
