| Hmmm, sound like you installed a '71-earlier ignition switch (soldered connections instead of a plug). I hope it wasn't a '71 as they are the most expensive replacement ignition switch. I'm thinking of up grading my '71 switch with a '72 switch if it ever breaks. The '72 replacements are much less expensive. |

| Alright I put everything back together and took it for a ride. She seems like everything is in working order. I appreciate this website and everyone that help make it even better. Thanks to you all, now I can drive to school again. |
