We are pleased to announce Charlotte Transporter Show #11! This year will be in a new location, very convenient to I-85. The setting will be similar to the last couple of years, only with better food availability and less music! :wink:

Gates open at 8am
$5 to show, includes swap if you are in an Aircooled Type 2.
$20 to swap if you are not in an Aircooled Type 2.

We will have a concession stand/food vendor on site.

Rules:
-Please no loud music, burnouts or other disrespectful behavior on the property!
-If you are going to bring dogs/pets PLEASE have them on a leash and pick up after them or you will be asked to leave!

The event will be paired with a vintage bicycle show (also same as previous years), so throw your classic bike in your bus and come on out and enjoy both shows!

I called the owner and said a bunch of VWs are coming down for the weekend. He said when you make your reservation let him know your in a VW and he'll park us all together.

The annual Monkey Nut shop open house will be Friday, lots of people camp at the shop. There are decent hotels a couple exits up from the shop as well.

On Saturday most people head up to Farmington Dragway and camp out there, for the show on Sunday

I'll be staying at Holiday Inn center city, room 215. If anyone wants to come by and discuss shifting patterns, lugnuts, or bullet turn signals please stop by between 5:30 and 6:30pm. Please don't bring children or cameras.
