I've been able to replace a broken cabinet latch puller with a 3D print.

The bit that you pull out has an L shape. Mine broke, so I modeled it in CAD and printed in PETG. Tried another print in PA6-GF (nylon with glass fibre).

Happy to upload the model (Fusion360) and/or 3mf file if folks would make use of it

Hi,

As anyone ever reproduce the 251601151C Syncro 16 hub cap in 3D?

Seems to be a fairly easy item to make in 3D print and the are presently impossible to find on the web. I would think these could be used with most steel wheels.

I made up this phone mount for my 84 that has just the metal dash. I used some m5 nutserts in the corners of speaker 'grill' and cut out the center for clearance. Seems solid!

I Printed off your Skylight screen design and used it for the first time this weekend, I have to say, simply incredible, Printed it out of ABS used as a screen and a light blocker with a small ABS sheet for over night. really enjoyed this design

Very cool. Keep us posted on how this thing holds up at high temperatures. I know ABS is a lot better than PLA for heat, but I've still heard of these sagging after long exposure in the heat. For a LONG time I've been trying to get around to one of these where you print the corners and the bits that are very custom, but you use stock aluminum screen frame for the long spans. RV screens seem to do it this way.

I printed brown ABS, but it wasn't a match so sprayed it with SEM cordovan brown (I think that's what it's called) and now it's much closer to OEM color. I looked for a while for filament that matches the brown plastic parts without painting and couldn't find anything.

After - (speaker grill and tweeter panel) This photo exaggerates the difference. It's really close and unless you were inspecting it you wouldn't notice a difference.

I should probably put a coat of paint on the door latch and grab handle too.
