I'm new here, sort of.
My 1982 GTI has only a partial heat system. It has two good heater boxes and what looks like an arrangement for both the feed into a single heater channel under the right door, which feeds up towards to screen vents. There is a single heater-control level on the right side on the ebrake.
I think I need the control-boxes - are there variations, and if so which ones are lilely to fit?
I'm going to need the hoses that connect the heater boxes to the channel, which means a Y-fitting - is such available?
I'm also going to need the bits that connect round tubing to the oval entry of the screen vents.
I think I might try to make an extra outlet or two for floor level heat - any suggestions for a control-box and ducting?[/img] |

| Hey Many408 whats going on with your GTI? Did you figure out your heat problem? Mine has the left heater box venting behind the drivers seat and the right side going to the front distribution box. I would be interested in seeing a photo of how your boxes are manifoded into the right side channel. |
