for the "12volt 200mm clutch" type flywheel, Dimension A should be 21.0mm-21.2mm

Future search tags: Flywheel depth step specification.

Is there any place to see that information?

It is in Sachs catalog, napa clutch catalog, and AERA database.

That is less than 0.008" difference!
This explains why people have such a problem when the machine shop re-surfaces the clutch face but forgets to cut the "shelf" by the same amount to restore the distance into spec.

this is exactly why i asked this question...

i think that my flywheel is not at the right tolerance....

no, sorry.
Old catalogs are not available for download, and AERA PROSIS is a paid subscription.

No, the reason most used flywheels are out of this spec is because the machine shops are doing exactly what you described. They don't know the spec is 21.0mm, so they just take equal amounts off both surfaces, preserving the previous wear amount in the flywheel.
The correct way to machine the flywheel is to grind the disc surface, then take the ledge down to 21.0mm
