| So it appears that I have once again lost the ghia's keys... Probably back in May or was it July. Any who after searching I have come to terms that they may never show up again, and if they do... Extra set of keys. Any way in order to do this I need the lock mechanism out so I can read the code and send it off to have a key made and have the door handle actually match the original key and no more guess the ignition door key. Bad news is I don't have a key to uninstall the lock cylinder which every YouTube video conveniently has the key. The steering lock is not engaged so I'm hoping there is still hope. I was at least smart enough to leave the door unlocked so at least I have that going for me. So any advice as this is kinda stealing my own car ish. |
