My good friend is getting married in this area next year, and while this may be a very odd request, I thought there's NO better place to ask than my trusted Samba family.
They would like to rent a VW Bus for the day of their wedding to drive off in together after their ceremony/reception. These are not punk kids, but both very respectful professionals otherwise I'd never even consider helping them find this.
Can any of you recommend somewhere that may rent classic vehicles (specifically a VW split window bus) or would any of you personally be interested in renting out your split window for a day and make some quick cash? Obviously they would expect to leave a healthy deposit and a fair rental price which you can negotiate among yourselves.

I'm game, when? I did the same thing for another samba member last summer in long island.
I live south in Jersey, but work in Woodstock sometimes.
My bus is a 67 white westy, about an 8 on the nice scale. |
