hello, together with a friend built a custom rims, with part of the 15 "Lemmerz sprinstar and 17" OZ Cygnus. It turned out quite interesting so I decided to share with you photos from our work.

First was a project on paper to visually see how it will look like

on a project basis, we cut steel rings and welded them to advance funds cut from 15 "

after machining and polishing, plating was located and black painted bay

bug has a relatively narrow wheels, so it was necessary to narrow the width of the front to the 5"

here's the end result

and my car

Jaconty and tripwire, do you guys have any closer pics of where you ran the weld bead? Was it run only on the rear side or both the rear and the front side. Jaconty's don't appear to have a weld bead on the front but the Tripwire's sprint stars it's hard to tell. I'm wondering from an engineering standpoint only if it's strong enough to weld a perpendicular flange (the ring with the holes) from only one side. The results btw look stunning.

I sang on both sides, then roll on a lathe from both sides and wypolerowałm and laid electrocoat

There is an Instagram account entitled "tonytalksalot" and that guy has finished a set of three piece, 5x205 factory centered wheels. They are delicious.
