Does anyone know the diameter of 1984 1990 c4 tail lights? I want to use to cover my trailor lights for a wile till I change to Bug lights Mine in picture are 5.25 dia to out side of ring

C4 Corvettes are from 1984 -1996.

Two different tail lights
1984- 1990 Round
1990-1995 ZR-1 & 1991-1996 Rectangular

Assuming you want the round. I found this in a Vette Forum

Here they are. they are 6" in dia. The mounting holes are 4 3/4 from center to center. There is 1 1/2" From the light hole to the mounting point and 2 1/8 over all depth not counting the tab sticking out.

Perfect just the info I needed. I here Toyota FJ40's have a round light too?

I used lights from an HHR... i can't remember what diameter they are but i could check if you want. The nice thing is that you have to turn them sideways for the back of a buggy and the bulbs are at an angle in their housing so the lights will shine straight behind you instead of up! Make sure if you use them you get the little plastic retainer cups that bolt to the back of the light housing to secure them to the body.
