I scratched and nicked #4 main Bearing on the woodruff key. Can I still use it ?

What does your gut tell you?
If we're reduced to re- using bearings pristine is better than nicked up. That one is marked std / std which means you'll likely find another and hopefully better one in the next "core" motor you tear down.

The bearing was installed in another case but the case had a stuck pressure relief valve and the nose was machined for a airplane prop so I bought an aluminum CB case. The bearings were unused NOS VW. |

I've got "NOS" bearings with scratches. People handled them as if they were garbage back when they were ten bucks a set.
