I had a weird dealing with him. I won an Ebay auction for a gas pedal from someone else. He emailed me as if I had won the auction from him and told me that I could have a NOS pedal rather than the used one I won in the auction for $20 more. I sent him the money and didn't think much of it until the guy that actually held the auction emailed my for payment. I ended up paying him as well. My fault not his but I got stuck with 2 of these things. Maybe I just misinterpretted this guys email messages but I was pretty clear about giving up the part I won in the auction for the NOS part he offered.

Either way, his part arrived before the used part from the auction and it was in perfect shape. Just a little strange...

I have been intentionally defrauded. The individual that I thought I was dealing with was carlo,

now I find out that the person's name is ....Huong Nguyen.......

He has been intentionally dragging this on for over the 30 day mark (that I just found out about) SO I WOULD HAVE NO RECOURSE THRU PAY-PAL....... Intentionally telling me that the item shoud be there soon , and then he'll check on it form his end, and then saying that he'll try to find the recipt with the tracking number on it from australlia post . I have been trying lately (unsucessfully) to get a response from the seller thru numerous e-mails but he won't return them. I have filed a complaint and I guess I am screwed.

In good faith I have tried to resolve this, and now feel sure that I have been defrauded . Is this account even in australlia ???????? I am almost sure it isn't. Don't let this happen to any one else.

I know Carlo. Yes He is in Australia. He's a nice guy, but I cant speak about dealings with him, as I have never Bought anything off him! IM sure everything will work out! Things do take a while with post for overseas transations, ANd Im sure he does alot of deals all over the world, cause he does have a lot of stuff! Im not sure about the other name though! IF theres any other dramas, email or pm me, and I will try and contact him for you!
