Hello to all. I'm new to the forum. I am lost. Lol
I have a question for anyone who is willing to respond.
I recently purchased a 1963 Manx style dune buggy. I live in Ontario, Canada.
I am having a hard time finding a company that will insure it.
My ownership states that it is indeed s 1963. The make VW. The model TP1, and the body style is TY.
WHAT DOES TP1, and TY MEAN????
Thanks for your time. |

Is this on the Canadian title?
If so, I would ask your local department of motor vehicles what these abbreviations mean.
TYP1 or TYPE1 means Beetle in the VW world but I don't know if they abbreviated that further to use on your title. |
