Rikki's relaxed UK Barndoor Campout is going on this weekend in Radcot, Oxfordshire.

Barndoor Campout #1 & #2 were held at the same venue.
Barndoor Campout #3 went on tour, held within the 'Apex Festival' VW meet down in Kent.

I heard that he figured the game was played out and sold up! Saw him recently cruising a slammed Mazda Bongo camper? His old bus was there though :D

This is Lee Moorhouse's 54 rhd, originally a New Zealand bus.
Lee & his dad have been putting this one together over the last 18 months.
Clean ride. Looks like the boys need a pair of visors;)

Mate .......... when you are at that level of stardom, it's a rough job! All of his appearances turn into "Celebrity Appearance". Hence - the Robby Williams of the UK VW Bus scene. Sir Alan needs a good PR representative. He needs exposure out here in the Colonies. If he were to do a tour out this way ...... move over David Beckham. REALLY! :wink:

Michael Cooper & his 54 Kombi. This bus has a cool history, with 4 period travel adventure books written by its early Swedish owner, Torgny Sommelius. Cuddly toy arrived later.
