As such, I have noticed two sticky topics on the projects, restorations and build threads of the Sambanistas’ respective projects on those fora. Thereupon, I checked the Type 3 Forum and noticed that there is no the same sticky topic relative to the projects, restorations, preservations and build threads of the Type 3 Volkswagens. Hence, I colated the project and build threads that are posted here on the Type 3 Forum to which I went back about one and a half years to gather these threads. Henceforth, I devided the build threads to what type 3 it belongs (Notchback, Fastback, Squareback and Type 34), and I also grouped they to the year models. I hope this helps us see what are the Type 3 projects of our Sambanistas and if this can be a sticky topic or to any appropriate topic this may be included. Some projects does not state the year model so I placed them in the year model group based on the posts and replies on the specific threads. This can be remedies later on. In case I missed out someone else’s build thread, you can post it here and hopefully we can have it included here.
