hello everyone
i have a pear shaped mirror on the driver side
it was ok at first then it became very loose
it closes with slight wind
it is not about screwing it tightly ,
seems that is it loose from the rotating part just above the screw pin
is there a disassembly trick or so to fix it ?? |

What I did to fix mine was to take it apart, take a file edge and 'drag' some serrations on the tapered part. Then use a washer under the nut to give the spring more compression. |
