I tried the search and found a billion threads but none for the problem I seem to have. Today I took the door completely apart and when taking the vent windows out I realized the black spring loaded knob turns but the arm will not move to unlock the window. I tried spraying them down with PB blaster and letting them sit, tapping them with a hammer, etc. but I cant get that latch to move.
Is the next step to hit them a bit harder or is there any sort of trick? Considering my sunroof was glued closed I dont want to just start beating on them. |
