Mainstream TV is the most blatant and pernicious form of mass mind control and social engineering our planet has seen for decades. If you are OK with willing submitting yourself to that > be my guest! Personally I have not owned a TV in over 40 years and will never go back to regular TV watching. On the rare occasion I now am obliged to pay attention to a TV screen for whatever reason, I am truly shocked by what I see there.
