I was just trying to decode my '63 356 B Coupe with VIN: 211582. and paint code 6207. engine # 703971 616/12 according to one site my motor falls into range but is there away to verify matching interior color and engine # without getting COA? This is Heron Grey if im not mistaken? |

Without the COA, approximations are the best you can do. And these "ranges", especially with color combinations, cannot account for the exercise of customer preferences. |

ive seen people get their options and serial numbers verified by email from Porsche. does anyone know how to do that? |

There was a time when Porsche would, if approached properly, send a Xerox of the Kardex without charge.
But given the fact that Porsche has never been more about the money, I can't help but wonder why They would give away the info as you suggest, when they have a tidy little profit center in the COA biz.
And just to keep your decision process about coughing up the dough interesting, bear in mind that not all the Kardexes (and hence the COAs) have all the information you might seek recorded on them.
