Been looking for a early bus with og paint was stoked to get this one
Dec 58 mango/sea gull grey ribbed bumpers and semaphores
The roof and the b pillar and bit above the passenger door are the worst of it
Who makes the cut above the passenger door as a replacesmeant panel ?

When I picked up the us it had a couple of inches of dirt, pine needles and lots of broken glass in the rear floor area
Was totally surprised to find the rear floor so solid, hopefully it still looks that way after a light blast underneath when I get it on its rotessrie and start the resto

Been busy in shed this week at night enjoy the warmth of the wood fire
Started making my roll over jig to start the underneath resto

This was made a lot easier having my mates roll over jig to copy and measure off
Just need to finish of the back one this week

Nothing to exciting but it all has to be done
Don't have a oxy so the next best think to removing the stuck screws was the drill, weld, spray and let cool down and then remove with vice grips

the easiest way to remove those screws is with a proper fitting 3/8 drive screwdriver bit hooked to a 3/8-1/2 adapter and a 1/2 drive air or electric impact, I have had 98% success rusted or not, and no burned paint

Couldn't keep walking past the dash for much longer without giving it a clean up, pretty happy with how it's going to come up with a littl bit more love further down the track
