If you still have your rear seat access panels but the stupid flimsy tabs have broken off, here is quick easy fix for a few dollars.
Parts needed: glue, magnets
Tools needed: Grinder/dremel, or knife
I had some cheap magnets laying around, I'd guess buying something similar would be well under $5.
I pulled the whole panel off and did this project on the work bench.
Using a dremel/grinder of sorts, grind the area flat where the broken tabs were. Depending on how thick your magnets are, you might want to leave a little material.
