So I've been googling looking for a M25x1.5 nut of any kind Hex, Jam, whatever as long as it is steel. I can't find one, anyone have better searchFU than me and know a place I can buy one darn nut?

It's for a Washington antishocker (Ace Controls MA600M) I can't find a nut anywhere that is a plain hex type nut, if I go through an Ace distributer the won't let me buy just one, I'd have to spend 50-100.00

Find a machine shop. Many lathes are setup to make theaded parts.
Maybe a thick washer or metal stock that could have thread machined in it and you could cut down the outside part if you needed to save money on someone's labor.
Also it maybe possible to find a person that has a lathe in their home garage that maybe interest in your project wanting to help you out.
Just thoughts of what I would do if I needed something that not readily available.

Got my curiosity up on what a 25x1.5mm nut would be used for,
Found these https://www.walmart.com/ip/Unique-Bargains-4-Pcs-M...mp;veh=aff

Old French bicycles forks use this size and some CNC machines too.

I don't know the exact dimensions but a 2013 Ford Exploder front outer CV nut looks really close.

Are you sure its not M24 x 1.5? Mcmaster/Carr has M24 x 1.5, all that odd stuff we order from there.

Close as in look it up, do some research, & see if it is. If it is, they are readily available & cheaper than the other options you've been presented.

McMaster/Carr has 2 different 20x1.5 nuts, from 4.45-9.15 each. Great company will overnite cheap, we use them daily.

Your Googling needs work:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/SKF-KM5-Nut-M25x1-5-/181922835390?_trksid=p2385738.m2548.l4275

https://glutco.com/products/km-5-ametrica-metric-k...oCnZ3w_wcB

And that was with a 5 second search. Most of the others available were from UK sites. When searching Google, go to the "shopping" portion.. that lists what's available where and prices.

You would think Fastenall would have it I'm gonna start calling them fastenmost

a raadical suggestion: contact the manufacturer. perhaps they could supply the part inexpensively or free (as a warranty/replacement part)?
