The large round ones next to the gas tank. I took my original ones off to replace but I don't see anything under it as far as some kind of access hole. So why are they there?

| From what I have figured out is the hole did not do anything. We think it was like some of the other holes with plugs, used for manufacturing like when the bodies were dipped to drain. |
