| I've ordered some small things from overseas--China and Germany--and although they were shipped from the sources quite some time ago, nothing has showed up. Has the shutdown stopped the processing of small packages at Customs and so they are piling up in warehouses someplace? |

I purchased, on ebay, a HDMI to Cat5 to HDMI extender. It took 10 days to arrive.
