so you get people you barely know dropping by, trying to give you a couple of ounces to get themselves down to a legal stash.
never suspected that possibility.
Terrible side effects of legalization. |

hello people, I wanted to share this with my vw friends... I started using marijuana for Crohns disease symptoms in the 90s and continue today. Several years ago I stopped buying marijuana completely and started growing my own legal, free marijuana... Last day of last August I started documenting my processes... I would be honored if any of you that may be interested would take a look... Current (active) mods, if you feel this is inappropriate for our forum, please pull this... Many thanks to a great community... N2Wheelies is Dr. Bacon

Anyone have a good idea in re-hydrating harvested cannabis?
Mine has dried out a little bit too much. It's still enjoyable. But it's rather crispy when I pull a bud out of the bag for medicinal purposes. Of course! 8) |

A small wad of damp paper towel taped to the inside lid of a mason jar works well. refresh daily. Some use orange or lemon rind in place of the paper towel, it can remove some unpleasant flavor notes ( poorly cured harshness will remain in any case). Enjoy! |

Funny you should ask, I started saving seeds a while back, mainly because I don't see them that often in the weed I get. So now that we can grow it here in Vt. I'm going to give it a shot, I suck at growing stuff, NEVER been a gardener, but, as my daughter, the farmer says, "it's a weed, Dad, it will grow, despite you" ... |

Here’s the commercial solution. It’s really just a humidor and they come in different sizes. Between the four sections are the panels which contain moisture pads. This is not a long term solution and eventually might lead to mold or fungus.
By monitoring the temp and humidity you can have a better idea of what’s going on. |

That's a cool humidor there.
Is it newer? Or an old find from the many swap meets you attend there? |

I'm not much of a gardener either.
Last growing season my plant was looking a little anemic. I sought help from my nephew.
He recommended I add liquid supplements when watering the plants.
The recommended brand is "Black Magic."
https://blackmagic.com/#products
Scroll down until you get to the liquid fertilizers on the products page. The first three on the page are what I used.
After a two week period. The plant became much greener and the leaves had a much healthier appearance.
The end of season yield was more than I need for the year. :D |

rehydrate with a wedge of orange or apple in the baggie. overnight - if you leave it in the bag you get mold real quick. |

I did as many lazy Americans would and looked on Amazon. It works and has a decent seal but for products that are really fresh it didn’t block odor. 😀 it will go for days without maintenance, no daily just read the gauges. |

Use a 48" florescent with 'grow tubes' in it to sprout/grow your 20 seeds NOW!
Put outdoors an a couple months along a south facing backyard wall.
Wifey puts a slice of bread in with our cookies to keep them soft. |

I really like the bread idea. I'll give that a try.
Are you saying it's time to sprout seeds? Even here in the wet cold PNW? |

Yes, get them 18-24" tall indoors under lights by April.
They'll be plenty big by October harvest. |

I usually pick up a start from my nephew around Mothers-day.
Then grow from there. I did find a seed in last Octobers crop. It likely won't germinate. But I'll give it a try. Hopefully it turns to to be a female.
Otherwise it'll hit the yard debris bin in short order. |

This is one example. 2014 toured Medicine Man in Denver. They let us see the entire facility and they were using hydroponic techniques, lights were able to raise and lower, fans, climate control, etc, very clean efficient. How deep do you want to get into it?

The dead Enders and naysayers predicted the fall of civilization, hasn’t happened here. They have raised a bunch of tax dollars though. |

My hobby is for personal usage.
I'm not looking to start an industrial grow effort here. There are plenty that already do that. I can see their green houses after dark. They glow broghtly in the darkness. |

Reminds me of the last time I went to Denver on the ride in from the airport there are industrial grows both sides of the freeway and you can smell this just driving by, It’s on a massive scale. |
