Hello.
Picked up a old empi coach wheel. I would like to know if I could install a working horn button without the horn wheel?
Any other parts I need to

To get your horn to work, you may have better luck finding another wheel to either rob the parts needed off of, or to use, as yours is missing a quite a few parts.
