I'm more familiar with VW values where lowered cars often sell for less than stock height. Is this also the case with swb Porsche's? |

Lowering a 912/911 is done by re-indexing the front and rear torsion bars. It is easily reversible unless the ride height lower extremely lowered requiring additional modification to the steering and suspension.
How low are you concerned about? |

I would actually not lower the car, put a level in the door sill with the tire inflation correct and make sure that the car is even
Lowering or raising the front is very easy, the rear is not as taking apart the radius arms and getting the proper degree is very tedious work, especially if one torsion bar is weaker than the other one. Also parts may be rusted |

I purchased some away away adjustable springplates for my 912. I'm in the process of trying to sell the car....not sure if the effort is a positive or negative on selling. I think it would certainly look better lowered, just not sure if the market agrees. |

If the car drives ok now (no weird handling issues) save your money and leave it alone. If you lower the car you will need to get us aligned and corner balanced. Depending on how low you go, you will also need to address bump steer issues. |

For a car you are flipping, I would spend the least amount of time and money on it. Make sure it is presentable, clean, and well sorted. That will give you a way bigger bang-for-your-buck than lowering it. If the Fuchs are not aftermarket, they will also be a good selling point. |
