I took the measurements you requested. See below

1. From headlight down to turn signal top screw hole? 1 3/4"
2. from centerline to bumper bracket opening? 10"
3. from front of trunk opening to top of the oval hole for the horn? 20"

I also checked and found some hand written measurements I wrote down for the nose section when I first started cutting out some of the rusted areas.

This pictures shows measurements from different points on the nose. The recess I refer to is the embossed cross pattern that the spare tire would sit in.

This picture shows the horn opening location in reference to the horn bracket on the inside of the trunk area
