Looks like the same car with questionable body mods including cut up arches , appeared not to have engine at that time ? Wonder whats in it now !

funny how the second link, after saying the car is based on a "german DKW 4 door sedan" (if the project really dates back to 1949, most likely a 2-door), is surprised to see a transverse leaf spring suspension above the gearbox, which was the defining characteristic of almost all FWD DKWs...
