I purchased an 87 for a parts van. The front, middle seats have armrest and the back is a full width fold down bed. It has 110 volt plug in the side panel and red switches and an external plug in.
What model is this?

Post some photos of it.

Let us see the outside ipower plug and the switches you speak of.

KAM, one of the moderators here, has a very good model ID page on her site. Go to her sig line and you will find a link.

The outer plug has been removed and foil taped over
It had two batteries
I’ve already pulled all the seats to clean them
I’ll post what I can

Looks to me that you have a
Vanagon GL Wolfsburg edition.
7 passenger with fold down rear bed.

The exterior plug and interior 2nd battery and 110 electrics were added by a previous owner.

I did this very thing to my 86 Wolfsburg Multivan (weekender)

Assuming this is a USA spec van...
This looks to be a standard '87 GL with the optional "Weekender Package" . "Weekender Package" (in original VW definition) was for a passenger van and meant that it has the fold-down rear seat and cushion over the engine compartment.

No '87 passenger van came an outside electrical hookup or a 2nd battery, so this was added by a previous owner.

You say "middle seats have armrest", so this precludes it being an '87 Wolfsburg passenger van which came with rear-facing jump seats behind the driver and front passenger, without armrests.

Here's your van at Vanagons.org:
