Seems these are no longer sold. Asbestos the primary reason?

Since Wolfsburg West is in California, most likely. Look at the warnings on almost every part you see online, and it has the California warning that it may cause some abnormality....being from Cali, I have some idea!
There's got to be some alternative out there, hopefully someone here will advise.

They are not asbestos and I read that page as them being out of stock, not removed from sale.
Maybe they are available from another source?
