Bug-a-Paluza will be held April 10, 2021 at First Horizon Pavilion in Chattanooga, TN.

We hate to change this at the last minute, but it was not our choice. Unfortunately, the park declined to move forward with hosting our event and left us with no option except to change venues. Bug-a-Paluza will now be a one day event in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Please note that if you were previously registered for Bug-a-Paluza 2020 and did not choose to refund or donate your fee, your registration will be automatically carried over to 2021.

This large festival features a VW car show with classes for air-cooled and water-cooled, and a huge swap meet with vendors selling new and used parts. Plu plenty of food, contests, prizes, and more. Custom trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each class.

All event proceeds benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga. In previous years, we donated over $25,000. Help us top that for 2021!

Spectator entrance is just $5 per person for the entire weekend. Children 12 and under admitted free.

Show car registration - $20 per vehicle, or $10 for a non-judged spot. All vehicles must be pre-registered, there will be no extra space the day of the show.

Swap meet registration - $20 for a 10'x20' space (the length of one parking space). Multiple vendor spaces can be purchased to accommodate larger vendors.

Bug-a-Paluza is a rain or shine event. Pets are allowed on a leash per the park rules/city ordinances. You are responsible for picking up after your pet.

Please take note of the new date and location! Unfortunately we were not given any option, and had to change at the last minute. Please watch this short video for a preview of the new venue!

Here is a little more information on the show! First, a big thank you to everyone for bearing with us. The response to the location and date change has been very positive, and it looks like we will have a big event!

Emails have gone out to all registered cars and vendors, and we are still processing refunds for those who are unable to make the new date.
The vendor layout is still being worked on, we don't know yet exactly where everyone will go. More vendor approvals will go out this week.
Bring your pets! Leashed dogs are allowed at the Pavilion and there is even a dog park on site!

The lack of camping is unfortunate we know, and it was the biggest compromise we had to make when we had to change. We would love to host a separate campout sometime later in the year though!

We are trying our best to answer questions, but it's hard to keep up on social media. If you need an answer, emailing [email protected] is your best bet.

See you in a couple of months!
