And if so does anybody want them? Or if they’re worth nothing someone can still have them. The propane tank was acting weird. When I turned it on it started leaking out of the turn on or off lever

Those propane valves are hard to find, there was a user here that had some but he is gone.
That tank looks to me like it has only surface rust and I bet someone would love to have it.

that's american RV stuff from the 80s.
it's a 12v fridge like I have in my ASI. my 1980ASI camper that i still use every year.. it will keep your food cold and is almost as efficient as a modern much more $ version.
the 2 burner stove can be hooked to a green bottle or a 20# tank..
as for the tank, new valves are available via most RV service centers
