Hi guys I wonder if anybody can help me out with a:
Drawing with dimensions
or a photo next to a ruler
of a LHD Passenger foot rest for a 66Ghia?

I can't find any in Australia where I live and thought I might have a go at making one.
I just need some specs to work off of (also the angle of the folds if possible?)

Thanks so much c21darrel! big help. I wonder if I could ask you for a photo from the side of the small tab at the top and the angle of the lip at the bottom, i'm not sure how those things tuck back and forward + what angles. I'm going to drawn up what you've sent already and see how it looks

Working off of your photo and matching up the ruler, this is what I came up with:

Just in case there was any camera distortion, would you mind helping me out with some dimensions for the letters marked below? I work in mm. if that makes it any easier for you (it does me here in Australia) Again thanks in advance for any help

Yes it's for the passenger side on the right of the car (LHD)

Funny, cos that piece is actually from my car. :lol: Its been edited from my photo gallery.
I've converted my car to RHD and that piece is now spare and maybe looking for a good home. Me being in New Zealand and COVID raging is a bit of a problem if you wanted it

Another coincidence is my wife sent my this pic today, from NZ!

PS. No rush for it, as it's just one of many parts on a shopping list. BTW Sydney is back in lockdown some that means my MIG/TIG/panel beating classes at Motorretro in Northmead are all postponed!

The foot rest is in Sydney. I’m the sucker in NZ who can’t access it for you.
