FREDDY! What is up, bruddah! You had it running and now it is all apart!
Sounded like you only had compression on one hole!
So, how big you going build it? The turbo that is.
On the hood. Thanks man. That fucking hood gap drove my OCD into the next galaxy! Still need to reorient that and see what, if anything, I can do before I start in on making the body all prude!
Good to see you working on the newer bug! |

SUUUUUuuuuup Yo Homie 8) Ready to find out what happened. :?: :?:
Well, Choke My Chicken, Im an idiot. You will never guess what it was. Well let me explain.
Ready :?: :?: :?:
BAD GAS, can you believe. The gas glued the valves in the guides, like stuck. The popping you hear is the springs, pushrod being tortured and make that popping noise on #2 intake. It was really stuck.
The first time it happened the pushrod was half on the cup, so I popped it back in, but 1&2 never sounded right on start up. Than after 2 months, same sound. Depressing thoughts,. Take it all apart and relief. :D :D 8)
Remember all this HP TQ & Chrome and System, around 5gs. Im a cheep ass POS 8) 8)
Lets scrub everything pretty and put it back together. No turbo this time :(
I was trying to move JB to another location to finish the Tank, real close to painting, and this happens. I need it driving, so lets slap it back together. 8)
Thought the worst stuff, but, lookin pretty in there :D 8) :D

42 x 37. Am I seeing that right? That’s fairly large! Might get some low air speeds through the intake track if you don’t turbo it. So, what is the plan for those giant hole stoppers? |

Big holes and vz25 for torque. It was supposed to be done this weekend, but, I was malfunctioning, so I had to go to the junkyard just to see a 78 vert rotting there.
