What an ambitious project! The pictures of the inner structures of the B and C pillars are super helpful thank you for sharing the experience.

It's amazing how much paint color was hidden under the CLR process. :D

The IRS conversion is supper impressive. 8)

Thanks all so much for the encouragement!! Getting ready for some more updated pictures soon here I have the support on the bottom plate all welded in and finally saved and purchased the engine lid hinge area, and the inner hinge structure also. Ready for summer! Stay tuned hopefully will have some video up soon!! 8)

Back at it getting a little more of my Passenger rear corner cut out and hopefully welded in here soon. Figured I would post some pics since im working on it.










Hopefully here in the next week or so I will update with some welding done!

Finally got the Cargo Rocker that I had purchase from Wolfsburg West burned it permanently! Fits well after alot of in and out!

Some more progress,
Got the B-Pillar Welded and fit on the outside skin.

Also worked some more on the D-pillar at the rear corner.









Then did some fitment and welding on the top corner of the skin next to the hatch corner. and Welding.

Little more work on the Bus lately jumping all around waiting on things to come in. Replace the drivers front wheel welll the other day.
