What model year did VW Beetle seats switch from spring support to pan and foam support?
I have seen later model seats with this setup, just wondering the year, and possible fitment in a 74 |

Thanks Both of my '75s have coconut fiber...however they also have externally regulated alternators and the sedan had the 5 bow headliner (that no one reproduces) Both very early build cars. I was positive they used fiber all the way through 1979 but could be wrong. |
