So I put a new pully on and now I'm hearing possibly rings scraping? The first video is me rotating to cylinder 1 and hearing scraping. The next is with the engine on at high idle and then reveing it. One strange thing is when I push the clutch in the noise goes away. Am I screwed here?

Your engine has enough endplay that pushing the clutch in pushes the crank assembly towards the rear of the car, and the scraping you hear is the new pulley rubbing the tin between it and the engine case. Pushing in the clutch pushes the pulley away from the tin. :(
Quick fix- pull the pulley off, look for the signs of it rubbing, and bend the tin away at those points. Common problem with aftermarket aluminum pulleys, as they are thicker than OEM steel pulleys. |

| The rings are always scraping, they just do it quietly  You may want to check your end play if pushing the clutch in causes it or your sheet metal is way too close. |
