I am looking for fastener size for bolts below steering wheel. It fastens the steering column to body of car. I swore somebody posted a fastener guide and I looked in the stickies and couldn’t find. Can anyone help? Either fastener sizes or the stickie with every bolt listed.

Thanks I realize that’s wrong after the photo but still wanted to the correct size. I have basket case ghia and I don’t know the correct fasteners for example the glove box has been a real headache to find. I thought somebody posted something from vw that gave you ever fastener size on the car.

Look in the parts book.. the bolts are listed in there. There is a section speaking about standard parts with numbers beginning with the letter "N". Presumably the "N" is for "Normal". German for standard.

Sorry this my seem like dumb question. What do you mean parts book? Is there a link or are you referring to airheads? Also I did find the a fastener at big city and bought it (probably didn’t need to). Here is picture in case someone else needs it.

Okay I found the parts book under Manuals. Thanks for the tip!

I had been searching stickies and somehow overlooked it.
